The papers pertain to the writing, editing and printing of "Collected papers of the Monticello Association of the descendants of Thomas Jefferson," Vol. II. They include correspondence with publishers, descendants, and libraries, chapter drafts and some source material, genealogical charts, the setting copy, and proofs. Of interest is a copy of an 1826 memoranda book kept by Francis Eppes at Poplar Forest.
